long weekend projects...

well i've had an extra long weekend this week...so have been sewing lots. i've managed to crank out a couple of high-waisted skirts, a softie for a friends baby shower (pictured below...i called him Boo), some shoe bags and now my cute birdies. quite a productive weekend if i do say so myself. rather unusual!
