on the weekend, the weather was delightful. this week has been freezing. simply put, i want some warm weather again. is that too much to ask???

we open on monday and one of the most important parts is still sitting out in the driveway waiting to be completed. i've traced 2 letters on so far. i really should be out there now. this was only supposed to be a quick post but it has taken me much longer than i thought it would. oops!

i saw this dress in the burleigh shop of raggedy anne a couple of weeks ago. i love it to bits. i really want it.

need it: camera keyring

well lets say i needed it and i bought it (while looking in the same shop). for the cheap price of $6.95. complete with flash and camera shutter sound when you press the shutter. awesome.

love it: zines
i know everyone's been harping on about these things for ages but i'm just starting to catch on and appreciate the greatness that is.

i love mixtape and thanks to mixtape, croqzine. for the magazine lover, these are great. little magazines full of interesting tidd bits of stuff you want ot read about. think a baby frankie mag.

WANT IT: CYCLONE

i really really really want a cyclone iceblock right now. still on my elimination diet (think i mentioned it) and i'm busting to eat a selection of food again. watching masterchef has been killing me!! but right now i want a cyclone. my iceblock of choice for ages.

NEED IT: SLEEP

i've been trying to think of something i could do with, but all that's coming to me is sleep. i need to go to bed. so that's it. boring but true!

LOVE IT: ZUMBA

i've been doing zumba for about 6mths now i think and i love love love it!! wednesday night is zumba night

and it's the best workout without feeling as though you are working out. there is no judgement, you have lots of fun and dance as ghetto as you like without feeling like a tool. i highly recommend it for those who haven't tried it!

and i also LOVE this blog that i've just discovered through facebook: style milk for fashion, interiors and kids. it's cute.

today i'm gonna change it up abit as i get super bored really quickly and easily...and well i'm kinda sick of this post at the moment. blog this is hosting a 50 things challenge and i've decided to join in on the fun and tell you 50 things i want, need or love. it sounds simple, but i fear it will be way harder. lets see how i go....

1. i LOVE spending time browsing blogs seeing what things other people have been creating
2. i seriously NEED a car.
3. i WANT to be paid lots for doing nothing (i've wanted this since i was about 15!)

4. i LOVE my husband

5. i WANT to see my sister again already

6. i WANT my shop to be successful and turn out just the way it is in my head

7. i LOVE my little kitty cat, but WANT her to be nicer to me.

8. surely that counted for 2! i WANT this to be over already!! haha .deary me.

9. i would LOVE more hours in the day to do all the things i want to

10. i WANT to travel to nepal, peru and cuba

11. i WANT to eat chocolate again without being sick (sorry but dairy free chocolate just isn't the same)

i'm loving so many things at the moment and my head is in a million and one different places. i can't even set my mind still for more than 5 minutes to find something im loving lots of. i'm all over the place. these are the things i've just been checking out and saving as...

...and a late post for mondays, make.create.sew. all in one. yay!

a friend got me onto a site called wordle last week sometime after i'd been raving about polyvore.

this wordle site is great as it's like polyvore but uses only words and is slightly more random.

you simply input text (individual words work best) with spaces between them.

the more of one word (you copy and paste in) the bigger that word will be.

or you can do as i did to play around and enter your blog address and a random set of words is added to your wordle "page".

once all the words are in, you can generally have a play around with the layout and direction of the text then print out your amazing new creation.

but beware...if you randomize your creation, every randomization is lost if you don't save each one you like.

so there's no....."ah i like that one, oh i'll see what else comes up"...as i have been told it's very dissapointing.

i'm still playing around with this site and learning all it's little quirks.

i did find out though how to save my image without printing it, and am now hoping i can get it on here!

here goes....

well it's on here....this is what it looks like after i thought to myself, "nup that's too small"

so they aren't too blogger or save friendly, but i have worked out how to get it into a word document, just have to learn how to get it into jpeg now!

but i love it anyway. the amazing creations that can be made with this thing is huge

(once i work out the whole saving in a better format with higher resolution thing!)

i was very excited.

the other thing i'm half excited - half gutted about is that victoria from sfgirlbybay is doing another mash-up called pin it forward.

this is less about individual bloggers and what inspires them like the previous blog it forward and more about tagging photos you like on the internet and re-tagging entries you like on the site.

so you eventually end up with a pinboard of inspiration (all with the original source attached! i think i was more excited about this coz i'm hopeless at remembering where i found things)

i was so excited to read it, then so sad to see all the spots were gone.

however, i did get onto the waiting list, so scored myself an invitation to the pinterest site.

yay.

am yet to have a good play on it though.

wow, just looked back and have seen that this is a very wordy post.

better add a nice photo to balance out the end.

i'm seriously sick and tired of relying on my pretty unreliable husband to drop me off and pick me up from school (and think it's unfair that i'm using mum's car all the time!) so i am wanting to get a bike at the moment. i've been checking out cute bikes and their accessories.

i'm loving these chanel bikes and just wish i had the money to afford them.
