Saturday+Sunday: Sewing+Sketchbooks

lately i've been doing lots of sewing making kids tops, bibs and other bits and pieces...

and while i haven't been sewing i've been admiring sketches and sketchbooks/journals. i'm so jealous of people who are great at sketching and drawing. i'd love to be able to do what they do. i've started a journal/sketchbook but only usually been creating stuff in it when i'm annoyed and mad. these are some that i've been perusing...

i should perhaps start with keri smiths 100 ideas list. i do like a list. i printed it out awhile ago but haven't done anything with it yet. one day!
